Mayver’s Breakfast Bliss

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 4 slices of banana
  • 1 passionfruit
  • 1 tbs Mayver’s Immune Spread (or Mayver’s Original Super Spread)
  • 2 tbs LSA (linseed sunflower almond) meal

Method

  1. Spoon yoghurt into a bowl
  2. Mix in Mayver’s Immune Spread (or Original Super Spread)
  3. Pour across passionfruit
  4. Sprinkle LSA + Bananna
  5. Grab a spoon and eat up!
