Homemade Tahini Hummus
Time: 5min | Serves: 3
400g can of chickpeas, skins removed
4 tbsp aquafaba (the liquid from the chickpea tin)
1/2 cup Mayver’s Tahini
1/3 cup olive oil
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove, minced
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Spread on your fave toast and top with crispy chickpeas, zaatar spice and fresh herbs.
