Healthy Cookie Dough Fudge

For the cookie dough layer

1 cup almond flour

1 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter

1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup sugar-free choc chips

A pinch of salt

For the fudge layer

3/4 cup choc, melted

1 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter

1 tsp coconut oil


  1. Combine all the ingredients for the cookie dough together and mix well.
  2. Scoop into silicone muffin liners and press down slightly. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  3. Microwave the fudge ingredients until just melted, mix well then pour over top the cookie dough layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
