Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter 

Mayver’s Cacao Super Spread 

Chia seeds

Shredded coconut

Crushed peanuts

Popsicle sticks


  1. Halve banana’s, then insert popsicle stick halfway through banana without breaking the skin.
  2. Dip banana in nut butter of choice. Then roll in topping of choice.
  3. Put in freezer for 2 hours. Then enjoy!
