Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter Bombs

1/4 cup Mayver’s Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter

1/4 cup protein powder

1/3 cup rice puffs

2tbsp brown rice syrup

50g dark chocolate (melted)


1. In a bowl add peanut butter, protein powder, rice puffs and syrup and stir until combined.

2. Rolled into balls and place on a baking tray and put in the fridge to cool. Roll cooled balls in melted chocolate and put back in the fridge to set.
