Dumpling Peanut Butter Satay Sauce
Time: 10 mins | Serves: 2 - 4
Dumplings of choice
1/4 cup Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
1/4 cup hot water
1 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1-2 tsp sambal oelek (or chili flakes to taste)
1/4 lime juice
- Whisk together all ingredients for the peanut sauce & set aside.
- Pan fry dumplings over medium heat for 2 mins or until starting to go brown, add 1/2 a cup of water and cover for 3-4 mins, for the last 30 seconds or so add a splash of soy sauce!
- Serve immediately. The sauce will keep covered in the fridge for 1 week.
