Dark Chocolate PB & J Crunch Bites

1/4 cup dark chocolate
1/4 cup Mayvers Unsalted Peanut butter ( I love the dark roast here)
1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries, crushed
1 1/2 cup puffed rice cereal 
For topping –
2-4 Tbsp (1/4-1/2 a black) of dark chocolate
Flakey sea salt


1 – Line a small loaf pan or baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Note – You could also make them single serve so you don’t have to bother slicing – simple line a muffin tray with paper cases and spoon the mixture into each case instead of making one big slice. Do what you feel
2 – Place rice cereal and crushed berries into a large bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.
3 – Melt chocolate by your preferred method – I like to do mine on the stove, double broiler style but a microwave will work just fine too.
4 – Once your chocolate is nice and melted, stir in your peanut butter.
5 – Pour dreamy, chocolate peanut butter mixture over your rice/berries and stir to combine.
6 – Spoon slice mix into your prepared tray and use a spoon to spread and smooth it out into one nice even layer, pressing gently but firmly as you go.
7 – Melt and pour remaining chocolate over your slice mix, sprinkle with sea salt and place it in the fridge or freezer to set.
8 – Slice and devour!
