Coconut Cashew Balls

Ingredients

3/4 cup cashew pieces
6 dates, pitted
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
3 Tbsp. Mayver’s Hulled Organic Tahini
6 Tbsp. coconut (fresh), shredded

Method

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend, using the “S” shaped blade.

Roll into balls and refrigerate or freeze before serving.
