Banana Peanut Smoothie
Time: 10mins | Serves: 2-3
1 banana, the riper the sweeter
1 tbsp Mayver’s Hulled Organic Tahini
2 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Organic Peanut Butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp honey (or you can use a sweet apple)
½ cup herbal iced tea (or water)
1 cup yoghurt
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 tbsp flax seeds, freshly ground
Blend ingredients together. It is also nice to add ice at the end to make it into more of a thicker colder smoothie.
