Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Bars

1/2 cup Mayver’s Skin On Peanut Butter 

1/2 banana

3 tbsp maple syrup

3/4 cup chocolate

1 tsp coconut oil


  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil and pour half into a lined loaf pan (could also use muffin liners) freeze for 15 minutes.
  2. Combine the peanut butter, banana and maple syrup together. Add to the chocolate layer and freeze for another 10 minutes.
  3.  Pour the rest of the chocolate over the peanut butter layer. Freeze or refrigerate and enjoy.
