Choc Peanut Butter Slice

For the Base:

1 cup dates (soaked)

1/2 cup Mayver’s Crunchy Peanut Butter

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

1/4 cup chocolate protein powder

Pinch of Salt


For the Centre:

3/4 cup Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil

Pinch of Salt


For the Topping:

100g dark chocolate

Chopped peanuts



  1. Add base ingredients to a blender/food processor and blend until combined and a thick dough forms.
  2. Press into a lined baking tin. Set aside in the fridge.
  3. Make centre by adding ingredients to a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. Whisk together and pour over base. Leave in the fridge to set.
  5. Once set, melt dark chocolate and pour over the top. Sprinkle on the chopped peanuts.
  6. Put in the fridge to set before slicing.
