Choc PB Protein Balls

1 cup medjool dates
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup Mayer’s Protein+ Peanut Butter
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 tbsp raw honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp water (or almond milk)



  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and combine until crumbled and sticky.
  2. Taking one tablespoon at a time, roll the mixture into balls.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  4. Coat protein balls in crushed sunflower seeds (optional)
