Choc Mint Bubble Slice

2 cup rice bubbles
1 tsp cacao powder
1 cup dark chocolate
2 tbsp Mayver’s Almond Butter
1 tbsp peppermint essence




  1. Melt dark chocolate and place half the chocolate in a bowl, stirring in the other ingredients.
  2. Line a tin with baking paper and firmly press the mixture into the base of the tray.
  3. Smooth the remaining melted chocolate over the base layer.
  4. Set in fridge overnight and enjoy!
