Choc Chip Cookie Dough

400g Can of chickpeas ⁣
4 Tbsp Mayver’s Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Almond Milk⁣
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup⁣
2 Tsp Vanilla⁣
50g Chocolate of your choice


1 – Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly. Make sure you rinse them well! If you’re bothered, peel the little shells off the chickpeas. It’s time consuming but it’s worth the effort to make the mixture smooth⁣.
2 – Put all of the ingredients except the chocolate into a blender or food processor and blend until a dough consistency is formed⁣.
3 – Add in chocolate and blend for 10 seconds so the chocolate stays chunky.
