Banana Ghosts and Mummies
Time: 10 mins | Serves: 2 - 4
1 banana (peeled)
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 choc chips
Candy eyes (for decorations)
4 paddle pop sticks
1 zip lock bag
1. Cut curved ends off banana (these will be the ghosts), then cut remaining middle section in half (these will be the mummies). Insert paddle pop stick halfway into each section.
2. Pour desiccated coconut onto a small plate.
For the Ghosts
3. Dip the top end of banana into peanut butter jar, then roll in desiccated coconut. Decorate with candy eyes and choc chip mouth.
For the Mummies
4. Roll in desiccated coconut & set aside. Place 1 tbsp of peanut butter into zip lock bag and cut a very small opening in the corner. Pipe peanut butter back and forth across banana to look like bandages. Decorate with candy eyes. Store in a container in the fridge.
