Avocado Tahini Dip

1 Large avocado
2 Tbsp. Mayver’s Hulled Organic Tahini
1 large clove Garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch of crushed Red Chile pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
Cayenne or Paprika and/or lemon wedges for garnish
Peel and mash Avocado thoroughly. Crush Garlic with Salt into a paste.
Blend together Garlic, crushed Chile Pepper, Lemon and Tahini. Mix with Avocado, add black pepper and adjust salt.
Garnish with Cayenne, Paprika and/or Lemon wedges. Serve w/ Crackers or toasted Pita Chips.
