Blueberry Peanut Smoothie
Time: 5 minutes | Serves: 2
2 cups fresh blueberries
3 tablespoons Mayver’s Smooth Organic Peanut Butter
½ cup 1% low-fat milk
2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt
½ cup ice
1. Place blueberries, peanut butter and milk into a blender container.
2. Cover;blend at high speed for 30 seconds. Add frozen yogurt and ice; blend for 30
seconds or until smooth.
3. Pour in glasses and serve.
Note: For a burst of protein, add 3 tablespoons low-fat peanut flour along with
the frozen yogurt. (Protein=12g/serving)
