Spicy Sweet Potato and Tahini Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup cooked sweet potato mashed
  • 2 Tbsp Mayver’s Tahini
  • 2 Tbsp tamari
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190C.
  2. Combine all ingredients together, form into patties, and bake for 15 – 20 mins.
  3. Create your burger, I added pan fried mushrooms, eggplant babaganoush, tomato, avocado, spinach & rocket, on a sesame seed bun.
