Raspberry, Peanut Butter and Banana Muffins

1 and 1/4 cup gluten-free oat flour

60g #chocolate plant protein

1 small mashed banana

3/4 cup of #plantmilk -1 chia or flax egg

1/2 tsp Mayver’s Tasty Peanut Butter

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda



  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Add the wet ingredients into the bowl
  3. Mix thoroughly with hands
  4. Form 6 balls with the dough
  5. From the 6 balls, take one and divide it into 3/4 and 1/4 of the mix
  6. Take the 1/4 piece and flatten, create an indent in the middle
  7. Put half a teaspoon (or however much you like) of Mayver’s Tasty Peanut Butter
  8. Take the 3/4 and wrap it around the 1/4, ensuring there are no leaks
  9. Bake in the oven for 45 min at 195 degrees.
