Peanut Butter and Coconut Bread

Time: 40 minutes | Serves: 10-12

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and add Mayver’s Peanut and Coconut Spread. Whisk really well until combined.
  3. Stir through coconut flour and baking powder.
  4. Pour into a lined loaf tin.
  5. Bake in oven for 35 minutes or until cooked to liking.
  6. Cool on a cooling wrack. Serve warm, fresh or toasted with your favourite sweet or savoury toppings.
