Passionfruit Vanilla Slice with Tahini Caramel

  • 6 soaked medjool dates
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Passionfruit Vanilla Topping:

  •  2 cups soaked cashews
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 Passionfruit
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp agar agar powder
  • 1 tbsp Mayver’s Hulled Tahini

Tahini Caramel:

  • 2 tbsp Mayver’s Hulled Tahini
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 pink dragonfruit (optional, for colour)



  1. Combine in a food processor and add water until mixture becomes a  doughy consistency.
  2. Press into a pan lined with non-stick baking paper and refrigerate while making the Passionfruit Vanilla Topping

Passionfruit Vanilla Topping:

  1. Combine all ingredients (except passionfruit) in a food processor, adding water to make a thick consistency
  2. Remove the base from the fridge and pour topping over it
  3. Add the passionfruit pulp and swirl through with a knife
  4. Freeze for 6 hours until , and enjoy with Tahini Caramel!

Tahini Caramel:

  1. Mix together in a bowl and thin with water as needed
