Gingerbread Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups milk of choice
2 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup oats
1 Tbsp Mayver’s Almond Butter
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp molasses

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
