Garlic Chilli Pepper Peanut Spread

Ingredients

1/3 cup Mayver’s Hulled Organic Tahini
3/4 cup(185g) firm tofu, well drained
2 teaspoons roasted red chilli paste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon finely grated ginger root
1/2 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

Combine peanut butter, tofu, chilli paste, lemon juice, ginger root, soy sauce and garlic powder in food processor container. Process until well-combined.
