Breakfast Peanut Butter Cookies

1 C oats (can use GF if necessary)
4 Tbsp shredded coconut 
1 C flour (cab GF if necessary)
1/2 C monk fruit sweetener or coconut sugar
1 tsp baking soda 
1 pinch of salt
1/2 C Mayver’s Protein Peanut Butter 
1 tsp vanilla 
1 -2 Tbsp boiling water 


1 – Mix all ingredients in a big bowl.

2 – Once all ingredients are combined, shape into balls and place them on the baking tray.  

3 – Bake @ 175’F for 8-10 mins or until golden brown.

4 – Drizzle with a little extra nut butter 

5 – Devour
