Almond Cacao Bliss Balls

1/2 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup dried figs
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup raw buckwheat
1/2 cup almonds
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp Almond, Cashew & Brazil Nut Spread


1. Soak dried figs and dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften

2. In a food processor, blend buckwheat and almonds into a coarse flour

3. Add in all remaining ingredients and process until a ‘dough’ forms

4. Using your hands, roll the mixture into golf balls, and place on a baking paper lined plate or tray
Pop in the fridge or freezer to firm and enjoy!
