We all know that Mayver’s pure-state spreads are super delish and #ahmayvazing (just sayin’), but they also have incredible health benefits too – more reason to double dip!

Recent studies undertaken by researchers from Washington University School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School have concluded that young females eating pure-state peanut butters twice a week (too easy) are 39 percent less likely to develop Benign Breast Disease (BBD) – which is a risk factor for developing breast cancer. A number of earlier studies have similarly concluded that what girls eat during childhood can have an everlasting protective influence on their breast cancer risk later on in life. More reasons to eat more pure-state Mayver’s spreads we say!

Science also says that eating pure-state nut and seed spreads that contain almonds can assist with suppressing cravings and even help lose that extra kilo!

Research published by the Journal of Nutrition and Metabolism revealed, “A breakfast containing almonds may aid in stabilizing blood sugar levels for the rest of the day. When your blood sugar is steady you often have more energy and are less likely to be starved and give in to food cravings.” (Hello new Almond Spread range!)

The best news is that the healthy good oils in Mayver’s pure-state nut and seed spreads such as Mayver’s Original Super Spread (just chia, sesame, almonds, and 4 super nuts that are crushed, blended and bottled), along with the plethora of antioxidants, amino acids (including Tryptophan) and proteins that can aid in weight loss, while keeping your bodies nourished and satisfied.

So next time you pick up a jar of Mayver’s spreads, just remember the pure-state benefits of almonds, peanuts and natural goodness and don’t forget to nourish your body from the inside out.
